We cooperate with Cambodia Volunteer Foundation – a group with a long history of organizing volunteer services for volunteers coming from every corner of the world. Thanks to CVF we are able to organize English classes which are conducted by native speakers.

— CCMA Mental Arithmetics

Together with CCMA we wanted to offer something valuable and innovative. This is why we run classes called “Mental Arithmetics”. Not only do our pupils learn how to use abacus and other classic tools, we also prepare different exercises which help them stay focused and attentive, and improve memorization.

Look how your donations can make a difference:
  • 💲120 a year → this covers the cost of one student participating in one subject for the whole year
  • 💲70 per laptop → this is the cost of buying a much needed (second hand) laptop. This will help improve support teachers and students during lessons
  • 💲60 per bicycle → this allows us to help organize a bicycle for our students who struggle with commuting to the school. We opt for a good quality bikes that are produced in Japan
  • 💲40 per fan → this helps reduce the airflow and temperature in the classroom to provide better learning conditions. The warmer months it can reach up to 42°C with extremely high humidity 
  • 💲15 → this is the cost of a uniform we equip our students with
  • 💲10 → this is how much we spend for a school bag: equipment tailored to the needs of our pupils. Among other items, they will find pens, pencils, a ruler, a notebook.
