We consider our self to be a social organization and our policies are set to enable all stakeholders to work in a transparent, child friendly, non-discriminating environment where everyone has the right to personal development, independence and choice of opportunity.
Salariin Kampuchea does everything in its power to ensure that children’s rights are enforced and that children are protected from harm, abuse and exploitation.
This entails the training of our staff and volunteers as well as teaching the children about their rights. SK’s Child Protection policy outlines clearly the ways in which staff, volunteers, visitors and children can all work together to create safety and awareness.
Through our accounting practices we are accountable to our donors, staff and children. Trust is our first value at SK. We are not only transparent with our finances but also with the work we do.
